Start cooking with gas in your Karu 16 using the Karu 16 Gas Burner. Just attach the burner to the back of the oven to convert to gas power, and you will be ready for some low-maintenance cooking.

This improved burner has a low-power cooking function, a faster recharge time and a fully serviceable body. That means you'll see better flame performance while cooking at any temperature, and you will also have more control over how you cook in your oven. And if something goes wrong along the way, it will be easier than ever to go in and solve the problem. The Ooni Gas Burner comes with a 37 mbar regulator including a gas hose.

Can ONLY be used with the oven door off the oven and the chimney on. The Ooni Karu 16 Gas Burner is only certified and compatible with the Ooni Karu 16. Ooni therefore cannot guarantee or provide a warranty for using this product with pizza ovens other than the Ooni Karu 16.
