The Char-Broil Oklahoma Joes Highland is a unique American style smoker which also looks great.

The Highland Smoker features a heavy-gauge steel construction and a large cooking space for big cuts of meat to be slowly cooked. This smoker also has a convenient fire access and multiple vents for heat and smoke control, ensuring delicious, juicy results.

Product Dimensions: Height 134.6cm x Width 145cm x Depth 85cm

  • Cool Touch Handle allowing you to get a firm grip on your grill lid, while protecting your hands and fingers from the heat
  • Smoke Stack
  • Big Wheels for easy movement
  • Cast iron grates which are durable, rust-resistant and easy-to-clean
  • Offset Firebox - stoke the fire easily without having to open the lid allowing heat and smoke to flow freely into the main chamber
  • Lid-Mounted Temperature Gauge
  • Powered by charcoal briquettes or lump charcoal. The Kamander is very efficient and requires less charcoal: do not use over 1Kg to avoid overheating

    Clean your barbecue regularly:
Use a BBQ cleaning brush to clean any excess food residue from the grill. Once cool, clean the grills with BBQ cleaning wipes, hot soapy water or a Cool Clean Brush.

Cover your barbecue with a Char-Broil cover to ensure long life for your barbecue. Check your barbecue is dry during periods of non-use, as residual condensation can promote rust.
