Product Details:

The Ooni Pizza Peel is a high-quality, lightweight peel for launching, sliding, turning and retrieving pizzas from your oven with ease.

Use the tapered peel edge to slide straight under pizza bases. The perforations provide less surface area offering less resistance, and also allows steam to evaporate and excess flour to fall away from the pizza base, ensuring you make perfectly cooked pizza every time.

Hand wash only, not dishwasher safe. Avoid abrasive cleaning material and store indoors. Do not leave the peel exposed to high temperatures for extended periods of time.
